5件As someone who had a massage in Japan for the first time I enjoyed my time here. I was very overwhelmed but Naomi was very helpful in providing a welcoming and thorough service. After walking a lot in Japan, this is one of the best places to go to to relax and unwind. Will definitely try the other treatments thats offered here next time I visit.
Olive spa pantheon locations never fails to provide excellent experience. I always ask for the head massage and I love the fact they have the private magma room. Next time I would like to follow their advise and go for stretch and dry massage.

We did online reservation almost a month back. Got email for them 4 times asking for confirmation. Confirmed 4 times. On the day of reservation, the receptionist(Aizuka?? Photo attached) just blatantly told us there was no reservation and she couldn't do anything about it. we showed her email and asked her to talk to the person who was sending all those email. She kept saying that's a different person and she doesn't have the phone number. She apparently does not have anyone's phone number, no manager no supervisor(how I would love such a job where I won't have anyone else's number from my company with me!!). It seems the email confirmation of the reservation from her own spa made no difference to her. Her behavior was surprisingly rude considering it's a service based enterprise and it's their fault that their system sucks with something as basic as online reservation. She just told us there is no such reservation she could see in her system and got busy with other phone calls, the iPad in front of her like we didn't even exist. The cherry on the top was during the whole drama, not once did she utter the word 'sorry for the inconveniences caused'. I don't know who hired her as the receptionist as she was the absolute worst we ever experienced.
