The double bed room is quite small. You can open up 2x 28” luggage but no space to walk. The room does not have USB charger outlet. The door lock is still using old traditional manual key instead of electronics card! Location is good. Only about 5-10mims walk to nearby Tenjin train station. Surrounding full of eateries and shopping centre. The street food is just opposite the hotel. Hotel staff can communicate basic english. Best to use Google translator if you need more help from them. Our luggage sent over by Yamato from hokkaido was stucked in tokyo (according to apple airtag) for a few days and we asked the hotel to help us call and checked. They did a great job in helping us but unable to help us accept the luggage and sent it back to us out of japan after we check out n left japan because that was Yamato’s restrictions. They can only send left over items internationally but not a whole luggage. Didn’t use much of the hotel facilities so can’t comment on them.

The location is not above MTR need to walk about 10 minties to 15 minute, overall is good but the toilet bowl is terrible because is smelly and the spray to clean patpat is extremely hot , almost got hurt..

service is good, rooms were alright although the sheets weren’t the softest but that’s okay for a 3 star hotel. i just thought the ac system was a bit wonky. anyway, good location and nearby lots of small restaurants in quiet alleys 🙂

In great location, close to all the shopping area in Tenji. Bed was a bit soft but still comfortable. First night after shower, I stepped on the last customer's fake eyelashes 🤢 No more barefoot for the rest of my stay.

We stayed a lot of times in Candeo all over Japan and this hotel in Fukuoka is the worst. The room is very small, we even don’t know where to place our luggage. For which reason they placed TV on the wall, we don’t know - you can watch it only by your right eye 😂 The window is very small and when you close it you anyway can clearly hear what is going on the street. But the first and worst thing is service. They don’t have it at all. We asked to do the full cleaning of the room, they just changed the towels and threw the garbage. And yes, switched on the TV. The bed was left as it was. They do not have any “DO NOT DISTURB” and “CLEAN UP THE ROOM” badges and each morning at 10-11 we will be waked up by the service guy, who will knock your door VERY loudly. It’s awful, really…. You will not find the bottled water in your room. But you will find the hairdryer, which becomes yellow because of its age. We will surely not stay here again 🚫🚫🚫
