1Star: please avoid …still can’t believe it’s a hostel in Japan Moldy, wet bed…staff claimed it was “normal color.” Unsafe and disgusting. AC was on and off. Tiny lockers - couldn’t fit a backpack. 30 people in one room the whole night hear the door sounds… Worst sleep ever Staff were dismissive, receptionist poker face like nothing happened, still haven’t got a reply regarding refund. *Do not stay here.*

The capsule is really small. You cannot take your luggage in the room. For single day trip is good. The location and hot bath is good. For people who travel for few days is not recommended

Right next to bus station (long range). Within 7 mins walk to JR, Subway and short distance city bus. If you stay at capsule as tourist, you cannot leave luggage next to you or nearby. You have to storage them at the reception, which cause inconvenience. The rest is good. LGBT friendly 🏳️‍🌈

The Good: location and finally a mirror in the capsule which Im surprised not every capsule hotel provides. The Bad: layout doesn’t make sense which makes me confused about when I should wear shoes vs slippers because one minute your inside the capsule but then you want to hang out in the common area but it looks like everyone has regular shoes on. So do i walk around with both pairs of shoes. The lockers are stupid tiny, like your only going to fit a couple things so your going to walk around with two large bags looking like a hobo. And don’t forget, you have to leave your suitcase at the lobby like everyone has mentioned and of course I forgot my straightener downstairs. Along with this there is no proper safe/private area to really unpack. Your going to be in someones way no matter what. It’s a capsule hotel designed by someone who doesn’t stay in capsule hotels, they just had a couple ideas slapped together.

Luggage is not allowed into room but keep it in the lobby which means you need to get clothes, lotions,toothbrush in the lobby, pack all the things there as well . Location is perfect, in the bus terminal and near station . There's a famous bakery nearby. The container of drinking water is not tall enough for refilling bottle of water. Free slippers and pajamas ( need to be returned)is nice .
