酵素浴温活専門店 NADIA

代々木駅東口徒歩5分ほどにあります。 男女利用可能な酵素浴。 女性専用が多いので珍しいです。 お水やアメニティも豊富で手ぶらで来られるのも 良いです！ クレンジング、洗顔、シャンプーートリートメント、ヘアオイル、化粧水乳液など完備、リファのドライヤーまでありました。 酵素浴自体は最長20分入ることができ、その後シャワーを浴びて支度をする形になります。 スタッフの方が親切で、自分の悩みに合わせて その部分を重点的にのせてくれたりしました。 都度体調を気にかけてくださり、安心して過ごすことができました！ 20分入るとぽかぽかして身体が少し疲れたような感じがします。 +1000円で入浴後の酵素ドリンクをつけて、より効果を得られるのが楽しみです✨

Very fun and warm experience. It kind of feels like you’re getting buried under sand with a warm weighted blanket. It may be weird at first but the ladies working here are super nice and stay with through the whole process so if you ever feel uncomfortable, they are right there to help you. Must try in Japan esp if you want to lose weight! It’s suppose to help speed up your metabolism and sweat out all the toxins. Looking forward to all the health benefits :)

The staff were friendly. Had a great experience here. Sweat a lot during the enzyme bath. Will come back here again!

✨ Enzyme Bath Experience ✨ 📝 You start by filling out a quick form (health conditions, dizziness, claustrophobia, etc.). 🚿 Then you change into paper undergarments in a private room with a shower. 🛁 The staff (who were so kind and helpful—we absolutely loved the girls that assisted us ❤️) carefully bury you in the warm enzyme mixture for about 15 minutes. We opted for the package that included an eye mask and added an additional facemask made from sake which made the experience even more relaxing. 🧴 Afterward, you shower and are encouraged to rub the leftover material on your skin—it works as an exfoliant and softener and even seemed to help our hair. 🌿 We left feeling super refreshed, and our skin looked incredible. I also tried the fermented drink they offer, which was amazing.

Calm peaceful atmosphere, very friendly staff that speak english and welcome tourists. I did notice results after coming here! Thank you for the experience! I will come again!
