Please improve the temperature of the capsule issue, there were too many complaints about they are too hot and the bad ventilation

Women staffs are welcomed service and polite but some men staffs are quite rude. Daily change towel and pillow is very good. Good amenities

Having to ask the reception and exchange your key for the shoe locker key every time you need to go out is a little inconvenient. The lounge is right next to the front entrance and reception with no door separating it off, so it didn't feel like a nice place to relax. Overall, it's great if you just plan to spend a night or two and be outside exploring around Ueno, capsule hotels aren't meant to be loitered around in anyways.

Awful experience. The room is hot and not ventilated well, is hard for people to sleep. At 10:00-16:00, you are not allowed to stay in room. The weirdest part is you have to exchange the key of your shoebox every time you go in/out the hotel, which is inconvenient, you have to wait at the counter every time. Not recommended for anyone who want to stay at Ueno. As a person who are used to stay at backpacker when traveling, this is a place I will never want to come back again.

This capsule hotel was amazing. Everyone is very respectful and friendly. At check in they explain everything to you including the amenities, events, etc. the lobby area has big arm chairs and comfortable seats for anyone who wants to enjoy reading mangas. The woman’s floor was clean. Inside your capsule you have your personal charger, tv, and cabinets. There is a bathroom, laundry room, and changing room on your floor. During the night, you do hear people snoring and in the morning you do hear people’s alarm. If you’re sensitive to noise, I would recommend wearing headphones. Other than that the guest was respectful. Great location as there are a lot of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. They also have a small onset for guest to enjoy. At check out, it was quick and easy as it is self-checkout.
