琉球温泉 瀬長島ホテル

Booked the room for 4 pax with a private onsen. Only feedback is room is too small for 4 pax, would be perfect for 2 pax. It was a tight squeeze for us and we couldn’t get another room after checking in as the hotel was fully booked by then. Our room has the ocean view and it looks out to Senagajima terrace, the sea and the airport. Breakfast spread is decent, reasonable spread of Japanese and western fare. Hot drinks can be taken away as they provide paper cups with covers. Dinner is very good. We had the sukiyaki beef set and ordered ala carte claypot rice with wild mushroom and truffles which is good value and delicious. Beef is tender and melt in your mouth, broth is flavourful, overall a very good meal.

The service is wonderful! The hotel is a traditional ryokan style onsen with stunning views of the ocean. My only regret was not staying longer. The food was also really good including the breakfast options. Tip: Book this hotel if you are nearing the end of your trip to Naha so you don’t need to travel back & forth as it is quite farther. There are lots of grab cars. The hotel is closer to the airport either before or after your trip is ideal.

Made a day trip from Anteroom Hotel by bus to Ryujin Onsen. Its the best onsen experience yet! Very clean, roomy, seemed posh. I tried everything in the onsen- the individual bath, sit down onsen surrounded by rocks, the stand- up onsen where I watched planes land at the Naha Airport, the sauna that had a salt pile to scrub my skin with, outdoor shower, a soft sauna that had a tv viewing, and a cold plunge pool. Of course inside was the standard onsen prep area to thoroughly clean before and after onsen use. A staff lady was continually cleaning. There were hair dryers, brushes, ear swabs. Towels one sm and 1 lg were included. I loved the Ryujin Onsen. We may make another trip there in a few days! Also check out Posillipo Italian Restaurant just out the door. Yum, great service, food and views.

We had an AMAZING time. The staff were very nice. Sunny, one of the receptionists, really made our trip enjoyable. He spent extra time making sure all of our questions were answered. He spoke English so clearly and it made us feel so welcomed. The rooms were amazing. We got the room with a small bathtub, Japanese style hot tub on the balcony. The water was so hot and felt amazing. There was a small table perfect for having some of the amazing tea and treats that they offered complimentary (and were refreshed every day). I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a wonderful time for 5 nights at this amazing onsen hotel! Lovely room with a private onsen and a beautiful view. Really nice public onsen facilities. Great breakfast and dinner at the beautiful restaurant. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Nakajima at the front desk who helped a lot with a missing belonging, and to Sunny who helped us with checking in and out. I really hope to see you sometime soon again. Arigatou gozaimashita! ☺️🙏
