5件This is NOT an Onsen (learn from my mistake), no hot bath either. View was nice but due to the location kinda smelly outside. Kinda seemed like a money grab/tourist trap to me which I fell for :)
Absolutely perfect setup for a quiet getaway sauna experience inside the busiest area in Tokyo! Open 24 hours. Set on the 5th floor of the Tokyu Kabukicho Tower is a group of private saunas with cold plunge tub and an awesome balcony view of the giant Godzilla banner on the Hotel Gracery Shinjuku. Because it’s a private room, tattoos(I am about 60% covered) are no problem at all. Impeccably clean in all areas of the facility. Great lighting and atmosphere. Incredibly friendly staff. My girlfriend and I took the couples 90minute package and loved it.
The sauna is tattoo friendly and private, so great for anyone wanting to relax alone or with another person. Basic amenities are provided (towels, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, etc.). The sauna, cold bath, shower, changing room facilities were stylish, and I really liked the view of the city below from the outside rest area. I think it’s perfect for those looking for a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku.
Despite being in one of the busiest areas of Tokyo, we were able to relax as the prus sauna offered a private space to unwind. The private sauna was delightful! It had a well-equipped area, and the ambiance of the room was incredible. Their amenities were excellent: all were of high quality. You can come empty-handed as they provide everything. the outdoor view was notable, too.
What an amazing sauna experience right in the heart of Tokyo. The facilities are spotless, the sauna and cold plunge combo is incredibly refreshing, and the balcony view of Shinjuku’s skyline is beautiful. Despite being in the middle of Kabukicho, it feels like a peaceful oasis. If you need a break from the hustle of Tokyo, this place is 100% worth it. It was what I needed after a long day. The heat from the sauna melted away my muscle tension, and the cold plunge was the perfect reset—invigorating and refreshing. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on Tokyo again.
