Stayed here because I wanted to check out americamura and the vintage streets opposite the hotel. The rooms are good and comfy and the sauna and onsen was really good. What I would expect of Livemax ! ❤️

Absolutely recommended! 💯!!! the Onsen and Sauna are bsolutely worth it! Perfect after a long day of walking. Super close to 2 konbinis and 3 different stations. price performance wise this hotel is unbeatable. I recommend 👌

The staff were very helpful and spoke English. The laundromat services were convenient and well-maintained. The spring water facilities on the 14th floor are a must-try if you’re staying—highly recommended. The sauna is properly heated, unlike some of the newer models. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, excellent value for the price.

I have stayed in a few hotels of this type in Japan, so I know that the rooms are small. However, these beds are an outrage. It is far too small for two adults. In addition, the bathroom is so small that I have problems even getting to the toilet with the door closed. The cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. The shower front is dirty from the inside or whatever marks are on it. Simply disgusting. There is no proper breakfast, just a packed lunch that is too small with no choice. So it can happen that if it doesn't taste good, you have to live without breakfast. The only reason why there are 2 stars is that there is a microwave in the room and the location.
