秋葉温泉 花水

Nice relaxing spa with a wide selection of public and private baths, sauna , resting lounge, restaurant and massage services. However, I didn’t enjoy the food- tastes like refrigerated food reheated, but the spa is clean, good price and modern. Also not foreign friendly, everyone watches you so feels uncomfortable but if you can ignore that it’s fine.

Nice day onsen in Akiba-ku. The bath and many different style of bath. I was much impressed by their steam sauna and sauna. Bath tub is big on both inside and outdoors. They also have many different resting area. I would like to visit here in the spring when their plants are in full bloom.

It is named Akiha Onsen Casui in Niitsu. I personally like the restaurant inside. You can rest a bit while waiting for the train to arrive. Got a few photos of their menu. And when you order something, the drinks are all free from coffee, tea, juice and sodas.

I liked the onsen a lot, but they don’t allow tattoos. I went three times, I asked the first time if tattoos were ok, and the desk clerk said yes. The second time I had no problems. The third time, my friend and I paid, walked into the changing room, but got immediately turned around and were told we weren’t allowed in because of our tattoos. Very embarrassing, especially seeing as they have no notices on their website or around the building (that I could see) saying that tattoos weren’t allowed, and they’d confirmed previously that they were ok. It’s a shame because the baths were really nice.

We got a private bath. Though we didn't speak Japanese they worked hard to communicate with us and helped our stay to be a very pleasant one. The facilities were clean, the water was hot, and the place was quiet. It was excellent.
