The hotel felt new and the room size was acceptable compared to business hotels in mainland Japan, although it may feel squeezy if you are carrying many baggage. It has a good location as it’s located between Chatan and Uruma, and it’s not too far from Nago as well. It has a gym, rooftop pool and jacuzzi but unfortunately it’s not opened for guests at the moment which is a disappointment. Breakfast spread was good though!

I stayed here for the Eisa festival. The room is clean and well designed. Love the bath house. Everything is well thought. However, I stay at a double room and it is quite small. I can barely lay my carry on luggage flat when I open it.

100% will want to stay here again. A very new and nice hotel. Great amenities, nice room space and decorations. Staffs were friendly. Public bath within the hotel. Thoughtful enough to provide slippers for room and within the hotel use to walk to the public bath. Free welcome drink tickets with a range of alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks to choose from. Huge carpark at the side of the hotel with a huge convenience store (family mart) right in front. Huge plus for those who doesn't want to eat in the hotel and too lazy to drive out of the compound for food. Location seems isolated, didn't see any malls or shops within walking distance but that's fine if you're driving. Within 5-7 mins drive you will get to restaurants and aeon mall. Very near the highway exit. Easy to locate with it's huge building and logo.

Stay was good. A 24-hour Family Mart is just beside the hotel. No bathtub but it's fine for me at this price. Huge parking lot. Google navigation is not yet updated, so do some research before you drive. We asked for additional pillows but there's not enough stock. Recommend to stay here.

Stay was just okay. Front desk folks were kind, but the tacky white cheap staff t-shirts were bad. Karayushi shirts should be the standard for this hotel. Everything was nice, new and clean. The 8th floor lounge was closed but we were told to go there for a welcome drink. Be advised the Deluxe Twin Room has futon beds on the floor and children sized furniture :-) The table and chairs are suitable if you are under 4' tall :-) Not a bad stay, but a little pricey.
