In general a spacious room, great for the three nights we stayed there. Room has washer/dryer which was a bonus. There's enough space to open two big luggage which was fantastic. There's also E-bike parking spot right outside the hotel, which was helpful. Food options around the hotel was great even for late night. Something less fantastic was the counter staff's attitude, we were expecting a small parcel from amazon and asked the receptionist for help to collect it, which she refused, saying that we had checked out, they cant help. The delivery was suppose to arrive a day ago, but it didn't. It could've been a small gesture to help, especially when we will return to collect luggage at night anyway.

The hotel is in a good location and in a quiet street. The room was clean and spacious for hotel in Tokyo. However the walls are not sound proof so we can hear our neighbours. Please put hooks for hanging towels. The hotel is good for short term stay.

Room was small but clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location, a little away from the busy part of Shinjuku but just a short walk to the station. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying stay.

For my first and last accomodation in japan it is great. Not too far from Shinjuku and has loads of local restaurants and konbinis. The staff is friendly, communication was great and would stay again when coming to Tokyo.

Everything was spotless, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the whole place is really well set up. The quality of the sauna itself is excellent—guilty of making me want to come every single day. And I just might! Pro tip: If you go on a weekday morning (until 10:30), there’s a special offer price. Totally worth it. If you’re looking for a peaceful reset in the middle of the city, this place is it. Already planning my next session.
