渋谷SAUNAS

I’m not the type of person to write reviews but this place was really amazing. At first I was skeptical but when I entered inside they had many saunas and for someone who’s shy like me the lights are quite dark inside so it’s nice. They have mini water stands next to saunas so you don’t be dehydrated. The smell aroma inside some of the saunas are also nice. 10/10!

Stunning space for an urban Finnish style sauna. Well operated. Very clean. Good air + loyly. Would 100% visit again. Restaurant also very good.

Shibuya Saunas, located just a short walk from Shibuya Station, offers a unique and relaxing experience for sauna enthusiasts. The facility features nine different sauna rooms, each with its own atmosphere and heat level, catering to both newcomers and seasoned visitors. ​ One of the highlights is the rooftop garden, providing a serene space to unwind between sessions. The interior is modern and stylish, creating a comfortable environment for relaxation. It is so good to the point that I bought tickets to enter this place from Furusato Nozei.

A sauna like no other. Just located near to shibuya station, Saunas is tucked in quiet area of Sakuragicho. A friendly staff will welcome you as you enter and have a leaflet guide in English. You have to put the shoes in a free shoe locker and they will give you a key corresponds to your locker number. There lot of dry sauna and cold bath. I love the scandinavian theme of the saunas in the 3rd floor. There is an open terrace where you can have a breather after a sauna. I had late lunch with hearty buddha meal. It was healthy and great meal after that revigorating sauna. You have to pay after use. I pay around 3500¥ (weekend entrance) for sauna use and 1500¥ for the set meal. Overall, I had a great experience in this sauna. A must visit after a tiring walking in Shibuya.

This place is designed beautifully, specially the outdoor area with 3 different dry saunas surrounding it. Absolutely avoid it during the crowded days/hours! Everything is very compact and small, spaces are squeezed together and the hot/warm Jacuzzi (according to the map) was ice cold, and to me it was overpriced, but still worth the one time check out.
