We booked via Booking.com and didn't realise just how great of a hotel this place is! We were so delighted with the ample space, and the windows open! Great getting some fresh air. The rooms are well serviced and amenities were great. 10/10 would recommend.

I actually stayed here on December 2025. It was my first anniversary and it was a really special moment. Since I wanted to surprise my partner, I sent them an email asking if they could print a letter I sent and put it in the room, and not only they did, they printed it in a really cute paper and even put some delicious cookies with it. The breakfast was super good and the laundry room saved me because I got a nasty stain on my clothes when eating but I was able to save them! It even is like 5 minutes from the Sannomiya station so it is really easy to get to! Even the chinese district is so close we didn't even need public transport. Whenever I go back to Kobe I will choose this hotel for sure.

Great location, friendly staff, spacious & large rooms. The bathrooms are great. Only downside is uncomfortable pillows which made our sleep quite poor.

The hotel has an excellent location — close to the main street yet very quiet. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The only minor downside is that the room lighting was a bit dim.
