荻窪の名店『なこみの湯』の姉妹店。 一つだけながらサウナ室のセットアップが絶妙、水風呂の温度、熱々の壺湯、黙浴etcとコンセプトの『ここにしか無い整い』は納得。 元々、荻窪の『なごみの湯』でサウナや岩盤浴でも何回かお世話になっていただけに、サウナに特化したエッセンスが詰まった感じでした。 さて。 まずはアウフの素晴らしさに脱帽 まずは19時のkantaさんのアウフはアロマの香りを堪能するスタイルの3セット。 ストーブにまずはアロマを入れたらサ室に香りが行き渡るまでの40秒をじっくりと熱気を感じ、楽しむ感じは極上スパ。そこからタオルでは無く扇で優しい熱気を仰いでくれて最高でした。 アロマを変えて再度、香りと優しい熱波を浴びながらサ室の温度と湿度も上昇。 体感温度もグイグイと。 3セット目も熱々のアロマと熱波が最高でした。 ゴリゴリの熱波や技とも違うスタイルながら、優しい熱波を届け、コメントも素晴らしくホスピタリティは秀逸過ぎて大満足でした。 そして動線と整いスペースの良さも秀逸。 外気浴とヒーリングを堪能しまたが、今は外気浴にインフィニティが鎮座していて風の抜けも最高。ヒーリングスペースは焚き火の映像で元ハードキャンパーとしては久しぶりの焚き火に癒されました。 何はともあれ。 良い意味で大きく裏切られました。

高田馬場駅から早稲田方面に歩く道路沿いに新しくできたサウナ&コワーキングスペース。 サウナとコワーキングスペースを自由に行き来できるので、サウナでととのってカフェで作業しての繰り返しができるのが魅力。料金も比較的リーズナブルでコスパ良い。 サウナは広めでかなりスペースに余裕ある。 温度は70度台だが、20分おきに始まるオートロウリュで結構暑くなる。水風呂も十分な広さ。 外気浴のチェアが埋まっててなかなか座れない印象だが、室内にもチェアが10席くらいあるので、とりあえずくつろげるチェアは確保できる。屋外のチェアは特に居心地抜群。 コワーキングスペースは電源、無料Wi-Fi、ドリンクバー完備で作業する環境として申し分ない。 個室やモニター付きスペース、大テーブルなど設備が整っている。

2025年にオープンしたばかりのサウナアンドカフェのお店。 入り口が少しまどろっこしく明治通り沿いではなく、 早稲田通り沿いの通りから入っていきます（ステーキハウスの方から） サウナアンドカフェのプランで申し込み！ 初めて使われる方は、ライン登録で会員登録を済ませてから入った方が良さそう（これが少し煩わしい！カフェだけサクッといきたい人でもこの手続きが必要、かつクレジットカードも持ってないといけません。） 酷暑の中歩いてきて汗だくだったので、サウナを最初に堪能しました。 サウナ室はカフェエリアと別のところにあります。（これだったら、サウナだけのプランを作ればいいのにと思いましたが、こだわりなのでしょうか。） 最初に脱衣所があり、かなりの数のロッカーがあります。70以上はありました。 脱衣所を抜けると銭湯があり、シャンプーなどが置いてあるところが8箇所、10人くらい入れそうな水風呂、釜戸風呂が2つ（普通のお風呂が水風呂より狭い謎仕様）、メッシュ状のリクライニングできるシートが4つほどありました。高田馬場に程近い施設にしてはかなり大きいと言った印象。 体を洗って奥にあるサウナ室に入るとこれまた立派なサウナ室に20人くらいは入れそうな部屋に、立派なロウリュウが真ん中にどっしり構えてます。 20分に1回ロウリュウタイムがあり、 結構ロウリュウ強めです笑 私がいた時は、10人中８人がロウリュウタイムでドロップアウト。かなりガチ勢向けかと。 ある程度体が温まったので、隣にあるヒーリングルームへ ここも結構広かった。宮古島？か何かの映像を流しながら、暖色のライトにヒーリングミュージックがかかり、穏やかな時間を過ごすことができます。 ここが気持ち良すぎて意識が飛びました。 もう一度サウナにトライした後、外気浴へ 席は9席ほどあり、うち2つは足までのせらる仕様になっていました。 いいシートでしたが、ヒーリングルームと比べると目新しさがなかったため、少しだけ堪能して出ました。 カフェエリアは、造花（造緑？）がおいてあり、 目に優しいデザイン。 机も木目調になっており、音楽も柔らかな音楽がかかっています。 机もすぐ近くの喫茶店と比べると広々としており、雑誌などを広げてパソコンで作業していても余裕があります。 ドリンクも飲み放題となっており、ike?のコーヒーなど飲めます。（有名なコーヒー屋さんだそうです。味音痴の私には特段違いはわかりませんてました。） 客層については、結構若めの男性が多く20代男性がメインといったところでしょうか？流石学生の街 たまにお喋りが盛り上がって少しうるさい学生がいたのが少し残念でしたが、基本的に静かなことが多かったです。 座席については、いい席は荷物が置きっぱなしにされていることがあり、何とかして欲しいなあと少し思いました。 スタッフの対応も他の人のレビューをみると良くないと書かれてましたが、個人的には何とも思わないレベルでした。オープニングから2、3週間たったので慣れたのかもしれません。 価格については時間が経つにつれて、お得になるようになっています。土日だと2,080円からスタートで、2時間だと2,680円 以降、1時間ごとに600円足されていきます。一日いても3,880円なので2時間以上使うのであれば悪くないのかなと思います。 ただ、1時間のみでの料金は結構割高。 高田馬場には綺麗なサウナがなかったので、 貴重な存在。できれば長続きしてくれると嬉しいです。サウナだけプランがあればなお◎
