A warm, friendly, and handsome receptionist told me the details about having a public sauna. And its view is the best around Narashino, located at the highest point in the town. A pity that taking photos isn't polite in such a sauna.

I absolutely love the jet bath here—I come once a week. There’s a powerful water jet that massages my back and really helps release tension. The price is very reasonable. Today, I accidentally cut my finger on a bottle cap and it started bleeding. I just wrapped it with a tissue to stop the bleeding. When I went to pay, the handsome guy at the front desk noticed right away and kindly brought me disinfectant and a bandage. I was so touched by the thoughtful service. The front desk staff today were all young, handsome men and beautiful women, which made the atmosphere even more pleasant.

Nice Hostel with great amenities and lots of space and friendly staff. It is integrated in a public bath where you can also relax and sleep in the capsule bed. The location is good because it’s right next to the train station. All in all it’s worth staying here and its value for money. The shopping center is also in front of the hostel.

Super-conveniently located public baths right next to Shin Narashino station. The facility includes a capsule hotel, too. Beware it's situated on the building's SECOND FLOOR (2F), not the ground floor as one might expect, GoogleMaps English directions don't note this at all!

Stayed here the last day of my 11 day trip, and it was one of my favorite stays so far. IMPORTANT! - This place operates as a public bath first and foremost!!! They have overnight cabins that resemble capsule hotels that guests can stay in (which is what I stayed in), but to clarify - THIS IS NOT A TRADITIONAL HOTEL. I repeat, this is NOT a traditional hotel. Several of the other critical reviews seem to be from visitors who didn't do their research and didn't realize they were not going to get a traditional stay. They have 2 cabins with capsules you can sleep in (seperated by gender), but you have to book in advance, otherwise you'll have to sleep in the central lounge. But disclaimers aside, I really enjoyed my stay. The vibes were really incredible, and so were the baths. I took one before I went to bed and got up early before I headed to the airport to take one again. They also have great restaurants within the building as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful, location is convenient (2 mins away from Shin-Narashino station). And the cost of an overnight stay + access to the baths was really cheap. Only about $30 after tax. Great place to stay if you want a unique Japanese experience
