The room was great. Big and nice view. The outside bath was perfect with the crisp fall air.

Huge room with private onsen! Was worried about the food but the breakfast and dinner buffets were both 10/10. A little far from the train station so highly recommended to take a cab otherwise it's a 30min walk next to cars. Highlight of our Japan trip for sure

Pathetic scammers taking advantage of tourists - room was way smaller than advertised, smelled horrible, and totally ruined our entire trip. Manager and her employees were rude - an angry old hag who is unsurprisingly single (or has a miserable husband) 0/10 do not recommend, absolutely unbelievable treatment. Ruined the whole trip.

SCAM HOTEL!!! I paid for a junior suite with an ocean view for my fiancée and I’s engagement and ended up with a room on the 2nd floor with a pathetic parking lot view. You can see why that would be absolutely NOT romantic or relaxing at all to be in the public’s view when using the onsen, needless to say a parking lot. I decided to overlook the far location from Hiroshima to get this ocean view, but this was just disappointing. When I asked about it, they said all the rooms with ocean views are already taken. It makes no sense that they allowed me to book an ocean view but used the excuse that they were all booked out when I arrived. Not to mention, when we checked in, they gave us zero information about the public onsen and amenities, the opening and closing times, etc. The public onsen had a bunch of dead bugs in them, not sure if there were any maintenance in the baths. The pictures online also look significantly better than in real life. I would not recommend this to anyone. Buyers BEWARE.

I really like this place specially because they have jacuzzi on chosen rooms Its is a bit pricey so you have to check online for good off season offers The place is very clean and easy access. They have friendly amd accomodating staffs too. The food is good and highly recommended ☺️
