Don’t allow tattoos. Other onsens allow you to cover small tattoo. I appreciate the reasoning however seems a bit dated.

There is a camera cam in Sauna Steam!!! Too many people at night and very small space, 3100¥/person I think it not worth it

Excellent experience! I went in for a day trip while visiting Kobe. Everything was clean and well very well maintained It wasn't bad going in only speaking English. They have English signage and some of the staff speak limited English but that didn't take away from my experience at all. All of the staff were kind, incredibly patient and very friendly with me and even used Google translate to help fill in some of the explanation gaps. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to visit, I know I'll be booking a stay here instead of a day trip the next time I visit.

This capsule hotel and spa facility is amazing. The capsule "rooms" are fantastic. They are spacious for capsules, at least in my opinion. The saunas in the spa are very nice. I would stay here again just to use the saunas. And the complimentary breakfast for staying guests is good. And you can enjoy all of it for a surprisingly low price. There are floors for women and floors for men, and there are no coed areas. However, even if I was traveling to Kobe with someone of the opposite sex, I would still choose to stay here.

I've stayed at the Kobe Sauna 3 times now, and I'll keep coming back when I'm in town. It's a fantastic mix of hotel and sauna facilities. I love the hot and cold pools the most. Staff here are friendly, and the check-in desk team can speak English. A few suggestions for future travelers: 1. There are softer pillows available if the one in your capsule is too hard (I think they are unbearable - my only complaint about this great hotel). 2. The hot pools and facilities are cleaned in the morning, so go at night if you want to use them undisturbed. 3. The morning breakfast buffet had some vegetarian options available.
