I could refresh after an onzen bath, and it's very relaxing. However, you need coins in every movement. 100 yen for shoe locker, 10 yen in bag locker, 10 yen for 3 mins for hair dryer. I think it's inconvenient. The customer service is not as good as usual customer service you can experience in japan, or should i say, there is no customer service in the reception area.

Went there on a Friday night 9pm. Super crowded. Not really clean place. Towel, hair dryer all need to pay. I’m personally not prefer don’t feel good.

Lovely experience at this onsen. About 15 mins bus from town center. Next to Lake Ezu so might be able to combine with boating. The place itself is modern with high ceiling and plenty of baths. 2 saunas, big kid bath, very nice outdoor bath. Spacious resting place. Price is 450y if you bring your soap. Else it's 650yen. Restaurant was closed when we visited. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended 👌

Rather commercial and overpriced, but with pretty basic amenities. Definitely not worth over 3000 yen for 50 min at the renewed family baths. No outdoor part in the renewed side of the building, the only nice feature was the jacuzzi in bath No 4.

It had recently had a bit of a renovation, the best thing about which is the removal of the smoking room from the changing room. It was pretty disgusting before when you had just got clean only to have to endure the tobacco smell throughout the changing room. No real complaints now, though a touch pricey at 580 yen.
