Nice gym! Very clean and spacious. Just stopped here for one day and got a day pass for 3300jpy each. If you don’t have the Line app, they have a QR code at the front desk that lets you register without it. Only complaint is that space for stretching and mat work in the gym area is quite small, so it’s awkward if you need to do abs, etc.

A killer sauna has finally opened in Otemachi... Located on the 26th floor, it features a massive cold plunge pool with night views for a truly surreal escape... A paradise just a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Station has arrived!! A new-concept space integrating a gym and workspace! I tried out the gym during its pre-opening ahead of the May 1st grand opening, and it was a really pleasant workout. The facilities are clean, and the space is laid out very comfortably. The protein machine is especially unique and adds a little treat after training. Some areas are still under construction, but I'm genuinely excited to see how it evolves. It truly feels like an "urban paradise" in the making!

This Gym is phenomenal. Everything from the brand new equipment to the view of the city. Had an amazing workout here and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for an excellent gym! 💯

Paradise gym is amazing. It truly is a paradise with such nice views and clean equipment. Also the staff is so friendly here, especially Tiff! 10/10 would visit again! Check it out😄
