I heard this is a place mostly used by locals. It is not easy to access without a vehicle due to the incline. The signs showed the way clearly. We went at night and I was surprised how busy the men's bath was. As others have said you need your own shampoo and towels unless you want to buy them at the counter. I enjoyed the pool with my kids as they could not stay in the hot bath too long. The signs in the bath have worn away so it may not be clear. It would be nice to have temperature signs. The rest area is comfortable with quite a few drink options.

View is really nice. Having a pool is a nice bonus. But that's about it in terms of how good this onsen is compared to average. Otherwise soap has to be brought or bought. The cold spring water is pretty warm (around 17c I would say). And pool water too warm for a pool. The hair dryers and fans are connected to coin activated switch. I understand that the base price is low but I feel like including more for a bit higher price would be better. It's also a bit aged but that doesn't bother me.

My favorite onsen in the city! Great location up on a hill. Has various hot baths, electric bath, cold bath, sauna and most importantly, a shallow lukewarm pool to swim in. Quite popular with locals. 420 yen to enter.

It gets very crowded especially on weekends. Family-friendly and free lockers available. Pay the machine to get your admission ticket. Not much English spoken here.
