Really amazing hotel in an excellent central location in Naha city by the port. It's less than 10min from the airport by car. The "Koksai Dori" (international street) tourist hot spot in Okinawa is a short 20min walk from the hotel. There are many restaurants and bars near the hotel. The hotel and rooms are extremely clean, and everything is new and working perfectly. The bed is super comfortable with both a hard and a soft pillow provided. The AC worked perfectly in my room, and the AC remote was easy to use. There was also an air purifier, which was fantastic. The staff are very friendly and speak English. They also have a nifty cafe that opens early and closes at 10pm. The food in the cafe is excellent and I will be posting a separate review about it. There is also a super clean sauna and swimming pool on the roof which is really nice. The sauna / pool combination was going for an extra 1800 yen per day, and the staff told me that I could pay separately for each day that I wanted to use the facility whenever I wanted to use it, which is very convenient and economical.

Great hotel, good price, pretty good location, short walk to a bus stop or the bus station, Kokusai Dori (International Street) which is a fun busy area with shops and restaurants is not to far of a walk away! 10/10 would stay again!

Thank you for your quick and gentle help when I borrowed a bicycle when I left my key in my room. Such a hotel has no choice but to do well.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk from the train station, with 7-Eleven, Lawson, and a supermarket nearby. There are also plenty of restaurants around the station. The area is quiet, and I really appreciated the free bike rental. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed in so far in my life, thank God it was only for one night. But it wasn’t because the room itself was bad, there were two main reasons: 1. The room smelled like mold or chlorine. It was so bad that after just 10 seconds inside I already had a headache. I explained the issue at the reception; they immediately understood and went with me to four different rooms, all had exactly the same issue. The last room was a bit better, until I found out that the smell was coming from the air conditioner. We had to sleep with the window open, otherwise my sister and I would probably have gotten seriously sick from the chemical smell. We should have chosen another hotel. 2. I don’t understand how this can happen, but all the towels we were given had stains.... disgusting. Luckily, we had brought our own towels. Thank God it was just an overnight stay because of a flight. But I think that’s also the reason why they don’t care to address these issues. I’ve seen reviews over two years old mentioning exactly the same problems, and the Hotel then writing back that they will care about that..
