It was a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly, kind and supportive. Place was neat and clean.

About five minutes from Chiba Station, the hotel is surrounded by long‑established food shops and a couple of host/hostess clubs. The lobby is simple, efficient, and tastefully designed, with three self‑check‑in kiosks. A drink station (coffee and soft drinks) and amenities are available, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. From 8pm–10pm, guests can enjoy complimentary ochazuke on the second floor. Sento style public bath free guests, with a steam room for men and an aroma steam room for women. The twin room was simple, well‑coordinated, and thoughtfully laid out to maximise space — even enough space for a quick workout. The massage pillow was a nice touch. The bathroom was clean with a full‑length tub. Breakfast (1,500 yen prepaid / 1,800 yen on the day) offered an excellent selection of Japanese dishes plus Western staples. Desserts included canned fruit, fresh oranges, yoghurt, matcha and coffee roll cakes, and strawberry daifuku. I found the breakfast quality better than the Keisei Tsudanuma branch.

Had a wonderful stay here and particularly enjoyed the communal bath and sauna. The room and facilities all seemed very well maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent as with all Vessel Inn locations. I had to send my suitcase to another hotel for the next leg of my trip and the staff here were friendly and happy to help. The location is just a stone’s throw from Chiba Station, and is great value given the rising room rates in Tokyo.

Was just right for us. Friendly young staff with pretty good English helped us with a range of enquiries, including sending our luggage on to a later destination. The public bath - spa and sauna - was superb with helpful notices on etiquette. Would definitely stay again, if I had the opportunity.

This was a very fun experience! My family came with me and had a blast! It is very kid friendly and supplies toys and books if they are bored at the hotel. The public bath is very spacious and you get a free popsicle when you are finished! It is very convenient there are three 711s all very close by and a 2 minute walk to Lawson and Family Mart. The cafeteria has less food than I thought but it was very good 👍. I would definitely come back again to this hotel. ( Kids stay free at this hotel and 5 and under gets free breakfast, amazing!!!!)
