The experience was unreal. We used the bbq to cook up a feast. We had the private sauna and cold plunge. The site was fairly quiet. Our camp was fully equipped with everything, including heater and electric blanket. We were very warm and comfortable. The toilet and showers were clean too.

We used the Day use plan/日帰りプラン. It was totally worth every yen and so relaxing. The facility was well equipped with nice amenities. They had two type of saunas an electric one and a bamboo sauna. They had a ice bath which was said to have water brought in from gthe mountains. It was really relaxing after the day of snowboarding. It really relaxed our body a lot. They also have a private shower and changing room. You can use the facility for a total of 2.5 Hrs. I would recommend the facility strongly for a day use sauna.

did the day sauna package. the whole area is reserved for you and has all the amenities included! it’s actually really fun with the water bucket splash and a tub to jump into! i did it in the night of the winter and it’s unforgettable. the sauna is really good. 2 of them and both having really different vibes but super nice. love the relax chairs to lie on after having fun with the camp fire. they also setup up a selfie tripod for u to use!! highly recommend experience. maybe will try glamping here next time .

An amazing way to experience the snow and beauty of hakuba. We were worried about the cold but there are plenty of heaters and electric blankets provided so this wasn’t an issue. The personal sauna and cold plunge pool were a great addition and they provided a massive amount of good quality food for our dinner/breakfast the next day which you can heat up on small gas stoves provided. The ‘tents’ were were very roomy which was a nice change from some of the other accommodation options in Japan. The only issue we had was the language barrier as the staff do not speak much English but they were very helpful and worked around this with translation apps. Also be prepared to make a trek in the cold to the bathrooms when needed as these are in a separate building (its camping after all) and you need to put your name down for a time to use the shower facilities which the staff showed us how to do.

Wow, amazing experience! The dome tent was incredible, very spacious and warm. Stunning views from the sky window. The private sauna and cold plunge pool were fantastic too. Most of the staff could not speak English and had to translate everything on Google translate, but managed. The bathrooms and toilets were in a separate building but were quite clean and safe. Highly recommend if you are spending time at the accommodation. The food was 5 star quality and got to cook in our tent.
