As a foreigner it was very easy to use and I could not recommend more. Great places to keep your stuff well you use everything. An awesome shower to clean yourself off with shampoo, conditioner and body wash all there. And then so many different tubs to soak in and some chairs to just enjoy the beautiful sky. They got a repeat customer well I’m staying in Osaka

I used my Osaka fun pass. So it’s free while the regular ticket is 880yen. I got up early due to jet lag so I came here by Osaka metro. Arrived at 6 something while there were already some old ladies using the hot spring. Overall, I do like the hot spring experience at such an early morning. There were about five different hot spring bath. One is special which is pink and flower for my experience. One thing I don’t like is that hot spring shop is located a bit far away from the train station. About 15 mins walk for me.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, despite the language barrier. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. If you have the time, I highly recommend their massage services, available starting at 1 PM—it's a wonderful experience.

We visited as tourists using our Osaka e-pass. There was a very welcoming atmosphere and the friendly receptionist showed us round! We took our own large towels and purchased small towels at reception. There were 7 different baths all containing different waters at different temperatures. There was also a very hot sauna! It was nice to see the sunset and night sky from the rooftop pools. I definitely recommend to tourists and first-timers.

As a foreigner coming, here was a little bit daunting, but I’m really happy that I did. The check-in process is easy you. One of the front desk staff was able to explain everything to me in English. You takeoff your shoes when you enter at the front desk and place them in a small locker that’s around the corner and you need to have a ¥100 coin as a deposit to get the key for the locker. You purchase everything through a ticket base system the front desk staff pointed out to me that if I wanted to buy the basic time it was around ¥780 and a towel was around ¥100 . If you have a backpack with you, there are larger lockers when you head to the change room where you will put all your stuff. There is also a one dollar fee at this locker as well. Once you’re undressed, you walk through the sliding doors and go to one of the shower stalls and rinse yourself off before heading into the hot bath . As a foreigner and tourist I would highly recommend coming here after a long day of walking.
