The staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions. They stored our luggage as we arrived before check in. Breakfast was busy around 9. Staff did a great job seating people. The food options were varied and plentiful. Had a sweet and coffee’s in the main lobby area.

The Executive Lounge is elegant and relaxing, offering high-quality food and beverages throughout the day — a real highlight of our stay. When we experienced a technical issue with the air conditioning on our first night, the staff handled it with true professionalism and genuine care. The generous suite upgrade we received as a gesture of goodwill completely transformed our experience. This level of service and attention to guest satisfaction truly sets Hilton Hiroshima apart. From the prime location near Peace Memorial Park to the refined atmosphere and exceptional hospitality, everything about this hotel reflects quality and comfort. Great hotel, very spacious and grand lobby. Rooms nicely appointed. Carpet needed vacuuming but everything else was great. In the bar they have happy hour. The pina colada was very good and so too was the club sandwich. Service is excellent.

Stayed here in winter and had a lovely time. The staff from concierge to reception, to cleaning, were all so positive and lovely. The rooms are great, new, spacious, and we had a nice view over the city, especially of the Christmas lights along the main road. Location is not in the thick of the action in the city, but in a slightly quieter area only a short walk from everything. Everything you could want as a tourist was at most a 10-25min walk, you could also take a bus, but really the walk is pretty nice. There is a bus that stops around the corner if you're coming from the train station. Otherwise it is a fairly cheap taxi. There is a cheap laundromat around a block away if you need to do laundry. The cafe in the lobby makes a nice coffee too.

We stayed here for four nights with my partner and had an exceptional experience. This was easily our favourite Hilton during our time in Japan. The rooms were spacious and the views from our room were spectacular. The facilities were excellent and we were fortunate to often have the gym, sauna, and pool to ourselves. One small drawback was that there appeared to be no limit on young children using the jacuzzi, which occasionally detracted from the experience. The Executive Lounge on the 21st floor was a real highlight. While the breakfast selection was smaller than the main restaurant, it offered additional items that made it feel special. The sunset happy hour was particularly enjoyable, with a good drink selection, although it did become busy at times. The main bar also impressed, with well-crafted cocktails. The staff truly set this hotel apart. The ladies working at the breakfast cooking stations were standouts and brought a smile to our faces every day! Would return here in a heartbeat.
