The location is excellent — right near Chinatown, a few minutes’ walk to the train station, and a convenience store directly across the road. Check in and out was a breeze and they will hold your things if you arrive early. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. The onsen and aromatherapy sauna was a highlight and I loved the extra touches like the manga room, massage chairs, free Yakult and popsicles, and the free ramen served late at night. These little perks really make the stay more enjoyable. On the downside, the double room was quite small and tight — it honestly felt a bit like a cruise ship cabin. The bed was quite hard and I woke up with back pain, and there was only one small hard pillow each, which wasn’t very comfortable. Overall, a great option if you value location and facilities and don’t mind compact rooms. Would stay again, but probably bring my own pillow next time!

This hotel is fantastic! We went here for 2 nights and the service was great, the staff were really kind and friendly. ☺️👍🏻 Also the hot spring was SO relaxing!😌

Good experiences. Love everything provided including the hot bath, the coin laundry, the free drinks, soba and popsicles. A charged auto parking services is provided.

our family stayed for one night, the location is great and the noodles offered at night by the hotel was very nice too. we left a cinamoroll doll in our bed when we check out the next day, trying to get in touch with the hotel via email to ge it back as its our child’s christmas present. hope to hear back from the hotel soon as we leaving japan tomorrow.
