We really enjoyed our stay. Great location to Kyoto train station and also close to many restaurants and several department stores. All within walking distance. Exceptionally clean and tidy.

This place was awesome !! We stayed here for three nights and so far has been the best accommodation we’ve had in Japan so far. You have everything you need here. Kitchen, microwave, washer & dryer, even an ice machine !!! The sauna and the outdoors bath was great as well.

Beautiful stay in Kyoto! So close to Kyoto station for all transportation needs. The outdoor tub and sauna were so relaxing after walking all day. This location is tucked away in a residential/hotel area as well so we appreciated the quiet and privacy. Highly recommend if you plan on staying in Kyoto!

Wonderful location just a few blocks away from the staion and very clean like new home with added extras like drinks and toiletries that make the stay special. As the stairs are a little steep and the bathroom is downstairs, need to be mindful of young children. The stairs could do with a railing.

This little cozy quaint apartment has old Japanese charm mixed with modern Japanese amenities. Its location just outside of Kyoto Station is both perfectly located for access to bus or Rail but there is also a quiet peacefulness about the place. The sauna, cold, plunge, and hot tub are perfect after a long day exploring. The other amenities like the kitchen, the free drinks, and tea and coffee were also a major plus. Highly recommend.
