極楽湯 千葉稲毛店

Came to see a collaboration, stayed for a nice bathhouse experience. A bit lost at first but several different baths to try. Very busy with the locals (and probably others visiting for the collabo). Relaxing environment.

電子決済対応。中でも新しい店舗。やはり極楽湯は寛ぐために特化した完成度の高い空間となっており、1番安心感がある。めちゃくちゃ近くにもう一軒スーパー銭湯がある。

Overall my experience is good . I like it .. hopefully I will visit it again . Used during night time Thursdays …(Friday) around 1:30 am .. to till closing time 3:00 am .

It's VERY inconvenient that the ticket vending machine is cash and IC cards payment only, especially since credit cards are accepted at the restaurant and gift shops. Perhaps adding card payment options to the vending machines would streamline the entry process for guests. Additionally, there seems to be some inconsistency regarding the availability of the "セルフ宴会" option advertised online, as staff at this branch were unsure if it was offered here. Clearer communication about available services across all platforms and among staff would be beneficial for guests. Regarding Reception Staff: The attentiveness of the reception staff could be improved. During my visit, the two staff members appeared to be engaged in conversation and did not proactively offer assistance or acknowledge my arrival as a first-time visitor. Providing guidance on options or inquiring if I needed anything would have enhanced my initial experience. Furthermore, a simple acknowledgment upon departure would have left a more positive final impression. Regarding Pricing: While I understand the potential for premium pricing, the cost of food and drinks within the public bath, especially the Pokémon collaboration items, felt quite high. Ensuring that the level of customer service aligns with these prices is crucial for guest satisfaction. Positive Feedback: I was very impressed by the courteousness of the middle-aged gentleman cleaning the hallways and smoking area. He offered a warm greeting and was more attentive than the reception staff. His positive attitude was a notable highlight of my visit. He made my visit more bearable. My primary reason for visiting was the Pokémon collaboration. While this aspect was the main draw, the overall experience was somewhat disappointing due to the inconsistencies mentioned above and would not go again to this place！！！！
