This hotel is truly incredible with a great view, spacious rooms and the open air sento. The location is also quite convenient. We greatly enjoyed our stay :)

Excellent mid-range hotel with onsen. Very close to station and many stores makes it ideal for shopping. Perfect for catching airport limo bus. It has the most beautiful elevators i've ever seen in a hotel.

The front desk was friendly and very helpful. Room is clean. Great location at a good price. Steam sauna is a plus. We had a great stay, thank you from Canada!

Very dispoiting. Moldy damp smelly rooms.. I don't think it's healthy to spend a long time in such a room. I couldn't figure out where the moldy smell was coming from. Also, the air conditioner is very noisy, the water is gurgling. The sound of trains is loud from early morning until late night.

Stayed here for one night with my wife. The Good - Very well designed modern room. Plenty of space for bags. - The breakfast was really good. A nice mix of western and Japanese. Everything tasted pretty good. - Loved the view of the train tracks and trains passing by just outside of the hotel. You can hear them in the room of course but they pretty much stop running before midnight so no noise during night time. - Really enjoyed the rooftop baths. The Bad - The staff did not live up the standard we know in Japan. The check in was okay but felt rushed. At breakfast we got placed in kind of an odd place away from everybody else. This might be reading too much into it but we were the only westerners at the breakfast and got placed away from all the other guests.
