みなと温泉 波葉の湯

Fukuoka is not the most famous city for onsen, but this is a great onsen. Comparable to the ones in Beppu (onsen town).

Although, it offers different pools, saunas, it's too busy an Onsen for my taste. I paid 7.20€ 1250 ¥ + 80 ¥ for a disposable face towel.

I had a very relaxing day. I went on Thursday and it was "ladies day" so I had a discount for the combo ticket. The onsen was so relaxing. I especially loved the extra hot pool. The bedrock sauna was really nice too. I loved the relaxation areas and all the cute decorations. The chairs had massage cushions! The only thing missing is the coffee milk, I do not like the Meiji brand so it would've been nice if there were more options. The restaurant menu was also not very varied, but the soba was delicious. They accept card payment! Tattoos are not allowed.

Came here for the first time! It’s a nice location for taking onsen hot spring! Right next to Hakata tower and it got a nice night view as well! There are car parking spots and as long as you use the facility, they’ll give you validation so make sure you take your car parking ticket with you and give it to the counter for free parking so certain hours! In the bathing room, there are two saunas and 5-7 different kinds (temperature and quality) hot spring baths. Natural hot spring water will definitely heap you up from the core and I enjoyed it very much! Prince is little over 1000 yen per adult so expect the price increasing over time as many tourists coming over. Anyways, come if you are available! Cheers 🥂

Really enjoyed coming here. First experience for me visiting a public bath (vs. Ryokan onsen) and I wish I had one of these facilities back home. I ended up going twice. First visit was just the onsen with towel rentals which was a great price. Second visit I upgraded to include the hot stone spa which I think is the better deal if you have the time as it includes all the towels as well. The hot spring for men has 2 indoor baths and 3 outdoor ones, in addition to a few single private tubs. Loved being outdoors next to the sea staring up at the sky The hot stone massage has 6 rooms, coolest to hottest from near the entrance to the end of the hall. There's a few relaxation rooms near it which anyone can use and some of the rooms (and hot rooms) have sleep pods! Different experience but I also really enjoyed it and found very relaxing. Overall really enjoyed it. I don't have a Japanese price baseline as I see some comments indicating it is pricey but for where I'm coming from I thought it was awesome
