I lost my shirt after they did housekeeping. I left my white shirt on the bed before I left, and we had left a sign for the staff to clean our room. When I got back, the bedsheets were changed. But my shirt was nowhere to be found. I checked EVERYWHERE—inside my bags, under the bed, etc.. I just assumed they got mistaken and that they brought it to the laundry, along with the bedsheets that were also white. I tried to ask the front desk for help, but they kept insisting that the staff checks everything thoroughly before they leave, and that they don't move things around. But, obviously, they do move things because all our shoppings bags were suddenly piled up in one corner of the room. They even told me that maybe I should check again, and that they've never experienced that kind of situation before. They don't want to believe that my situation is real, much less help me resolve it. I asked them if they can check their laundry, but they said it already got taken to the dry cleaners. I then asked if they can contact the dry cleaners, but they made no promises. The whole time, it just seemed like they wanted me to leave them alone. Overall, the customer service here is TERRIBLE. It would have been fine if they admitted to their mistake and helped me retrieve my belonging. But all they did was gaslight me and tell me that my situation is impossible. It makes me even more mad that it was a Ralph Lauren shirt gifted to me by my loved one. They say that any hotel in Japan is okay even if it's cheap, but this is the exception.

The rooms are as expected from a hotel in this price range. They are fairly clean and the bed and bathroom all work well. However the service is quite poor. The receptionists seem fairly grumpy. You can find better for the same price

Subway station is just one block away. It is also near the Tower and long park. Several convenient stores around the hotel. The bed is comfy,like, really, really comfy. Small fridge and a microwave oven in the room, which is a plus. Public bath is average tho.

What a lovely hotel. My room was a decent size. Big bathroom and TV. Great drip coffee with a public bath onsite. Highly recommend this hotel

Location is ok wondering it's close to Nagoya Castle, subway stations and convenieny stores. Lobby is oddly on the second floor. Staff was nice. In comparison to other hotel chains, I wouldn't recommend this one though They were cheap on toiletries or amenity kits in the room (ie. 2 people staying over, 1 slipper, 2 hangers, 1 set of toiletries and cup). No black out curtains, no view, small TV, no recycling bin, no water bottle, non drinkable tap water and not the cleanest rooms. There is conveniently a microwave, fridge and hot water boiler in the room though. Happy to find a bath offered at this hotel though. There's a sign for no tattoo for the bath on the second floor but they don't offer tattoo cover up stickers and the receptionist says it's ok for me to go N with tattoos. Overall, I wouldn't return to their chain.
