平日1人でカプセル利用で訪問。 普段は関西旅行の定宿は大阪梅田の大東洋と決めているのですが、今回はかけこみ万博の影響なのか平日でも空きがなく、今回初めて神戸レディススパを利用させてもらいました。 結論から言うと、かなり良かった！ 大浴場はそれなりに広く清潔感あり。 洗い場もリファのシャワーヘッド。使い捨てではないですが、ボディタオルも置いてる！ お湯も肌あたりよく、へんに入浴剤など入れてないとこも良い。 パウダールームも、それなりの人数入れるし、こちらもリファのドライヤー完備！ カプセル自体はまあ普通。枕がやわらかすぎたかな。 皆さんがおっしゃっているスタッフの対応ですが、そこまで気にならなかったかな。逆に、頻回にゴミ捨てや備品補充にまわってくれているので、こちらも安心できるし、常に清潔感を保ててる印象でした。挨拶もしてくれたし、スタッフによるのかな。 朝の無料バイキングも文句なしです。 飲み物持ち込み禁止ですが、ウォーターサーバーや無料のコーヒーもある。 これで5700円は価値ありです。 関西旅行の定宿がまた一つ増えて嬉しい。

If I ever have the chance to visit Kobe, I would definitely head to this sauna. The facility is clean and quiet, the water is smooth and pure, and I felt completely refreshed after spending time in the steam salt sauna. However, my experience in the Finnish sauna was ruined by an inconsiderate woman. She entered the room loudly, ignored the Löyly timer, and, to my surprise, grabbed the bucket and poured all the water onto the sauna stove at once. Most sauna enthusiasts know that Löyly is the key element of a Finnish stone sauna. If the stones cool too quickly, it lowers the room temperature and can even disrupt the stove's functionality. Despite this, she continued her selfish behavior the entire time I was there. It was disappointing, and I truly hope she was just a one-time, unusual visitor to this otherwise wonderful sauna.

One of the employees speaks English, and inside the building some of the signs have both English and Japanese. Like the map of the women's floor has English, the signs explaining the water have English, but the signs explaining used and clean hairbrushes were all in Japanese. So I was a little confused about that at first. It feels very safe and relaxing. I definitely recommend spending the night here! It's not as fancy as some capsule hotels in Tokyo, but it has a soothing feel that I really enjoyed.

Probably the best amenities I've seen at a capsule hotel. The bathing stools are tall, they have water fountain in the bath area, ice cubes to chew after bathing, multiple makeup/vanity rooms, and more. It's spacious and clean in the dining/lounge area with interesting travel/spa themed library of books. The breakfast buffet was tasty. Even the capsule itself was fancy and modern. I loved it!
