Fanciest pod hotel. Dyson hair dryers and double bed pods. Bar downstairs with free beer or soda or apple juice for non drinkers 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Great lounge area to eat or chill.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Millenials for four nights during my visit to Fukuoka. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience. My pod was clean, and I also noted that the toilets and showers were consistently well-maintained. The option to rent pajamas for 300 yen and receive fresh towels at the front desk upon request was a convenient amenity. I do concur with other guests' observations that the room temperature was quite warm, which made it somewhat challenging to fall asleep. It is located a few steps from the metro station and two stops away from Hakata.

The accommodation was perfect! Well located, very comfortable! And I loved the bar—the cocktail menu was excellent, good, and not very expensive. Many thanks to the wonderful American/Japanese bartender who made my stay in Fukuoka so enjoyable!

A comfy capsule hotel with a big and comfotable bed. Do not expect room space (or a door) but if you just need a safe and secure place to rest after going around, this is great. Minor issues: The bedsheet can dislodge from the mattress after repeated changes in the bed position The fan is a little weak so it can be uncomfortable for people who run hot. It eventually cools the room down enough to make it comfortable during the night. The luggage undertray can fit at most a medium sized luggage, maybe less

While the location was convenient, my stay overall had quite a few issues. The pod itself felt very hot at night and it was fairly noisy, which made it hard to rest. Cleanliness was the biggest concern — there was leftover hair and clothes in the bathrooms which weren’t checked regularly enough, bins hadn’t been emptied, and there was a lot of dust under the beds that I noticed when moving my suitcase. The whole place could really use more regular upkeep and a refresh. On the positive side, the check-in process was excellent. Using mobile check-in ahead of time meant I could simply enter my PIN on an iPad at reception and pick up my key instantly — no waiting in line, which was a breeze. However, the common areas and the laundrette were poorly maintained. The washing machines were grimy, some with visible mold, and overall the shared spaces just didn’t feel clean or welcoming. It left a poor impression despite the convenient location. As far as “hostel” type accommodation I guess this does the job and I would pick it over bunk beds in a shared room.
