I stayed here over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised. Located in Kabukicho, the price is incredibly cheap—only 4,000–5,000 JPY per night, even on weekends and holidays, which is almost unheard of for this area. The Pros: Value: You cannot beat this price in Shinjuku. Convenience: There is a convenience store right across the street and tons of restaurants nearby. Consistency: Unlike other hotels, they don't hike up the prices significantly during peak dates. The Cons: Age: The facilities are definitely a bit dated/old. Distance: It’s a bit of a walk from the main Shinjuku station. Cleanliness: The toilets had a bit of an odor, but it was still within an acceptable range for the price. Overall, if you are on a budget, you can't ask for much more. I would likely stay here again.

The capsules seem a little bit old and the room is sometimes smelly. The onsen is very nice and the staff is really helpful and polite. The location is TOP and the price is also very cheap.

First time in Japan and decided to stay at this capsule the entire time. Felt comfortable staying here once I got used to everything. Cost was 4400 yen per night which is about 30 usd. They give you pajamas to wear including a towel and mini towel per night. If you need extra towels there is a cost. Showers are communal showers with free toothbrush, shaver(recommend bring your own), shampoo, body wash and shaving cream. Capsules were good compare to the straight capsules I seen. The ac is blasted during the night which is a plus. They have vending machines where you can get drinks, food, snacks and a lounge where you can eat, watch TV and free water. Staff are very friendly but strict on leaving the capsule by 12pm or you will be charge 300 yen. My only complain would be someone smoking in the capsule, musical snorers, some dude scratching his feet every 30 mins but besides that if your out all day you will end up sleeping pretty fast

i stayed here while waiting for my check in time at the nearby hotel. it's worth the price especially if you need to take a power nap after a long walk/bus rides.

Talking on the phone is not convenient, have to be on some spot, where televisions is loudly or the wifi not strong enough. Some staffs are so serious, no food supplies and laundry is not convenient, manga area is kind dark and the smell smoking. Others are fine, go without booking and always have place to stay.
