The front desk service was not entirely satisfactory, as only one room key was provided for three guests. When an additional key was requested, the staff indicated that they did not have enough available. Furthermore, the check-in machine on the first floor was not particularly convenient for foreign visitors. Regarding housekeeping, it was noted that some rooms were supplied with water, while others were not.

The rooms are perfect for tired travelers - and the location is fantastic. Really well connected. The reservation came with complimentary drinks, and a hearty breakfast.

What an amazing hotel ! We loved everything there ! The room was so spacious compared to the size of a room in Japan. It was really clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It is well located close to the train station and to the famous Kokusai dori. For the days when you don’t want the housemaid to clean your room, they leave a basket at your door with fresh towels, bottles of water and a new set of pyjamas. We really appreciated that and think that other hotels should do the same. Free salt bath that you can pick at the front desk everyday. There is also a nice rooftop with a mini bar (some beers and sodas in a mini fridge) and the drinks are free. This was nice after a long day outside and it allowed us to talk with other people in the hotel. If I had to come to Naha again I would definitely book a room there again.

Spacious and comfy room. Although breakfast only comes with 2 choices - Japanese or Western, both were great! Chill out at the rooftop cafe after shopping and sightseeing, a great way to end the day.
