Free shuttle bus to take the place is very good. Spa is not Onsen but it comfortable that can take a big bath sometimes.

I came here to dump futon. I didn't realize the garbage collection was made for those with cars but the workers were really understanding and let me walk up the car ramp for dumping. They weigh your car with and without the trash and they charge based on weight. I paid ¥0 for two futons and a bag of other things. Would definitely recommend bringing a car here! There is also a public bath facility upstairs in the main building that seemed popular.
