HOTEL LEPO CHAHAL

This hotel was absolutely perfect. The price is very reasonable for the quality and service. The staff were very professional and courteous. The in-room sauna was clean and well maintained. The rooms were very spacious and linens were top quality. They also surprised my daughter with special decorations for our breakfast since it was her birthday!

Extremely satisfied with this hotel: - service was very nice and helpful: they helped me to find a restaurant, and always found a way to communicate with me despite my inability to speak Japanese - room was absolutely massive, with an extremely pleasant private sauna - the little gym close to my room was very convenient to go for a little run at the end of the day - I had the pleasure to get a massage at the hotel. I am sorry I forgot the name of the lady who did it (end of November/early December 2024) but it was very good and I was happy to have a little chat with her at the end - location is INSIDE the mall, right entrance and you need to take an elevator. Very central for any spot in the city.

A real gem. I’ve traveled extensively around the world, and I’ve encountered few hotels with rooms as clean, spacious, or comfortable as this place. All for remarkably good prices. I wish they had a few locations elsewhere in Japan.

This home style hotel is definitely one rank above many others. With only 11 rooms they cater for a few exclusive clients. Rooms have their own private sauna !!! Which is a nice compliment for the este services which are mostly on the same floor only 20-40m away from your room. The design of lobby and rooms is in a feel-like-home Skandinavien style, very esthetically pleasing. The access to the floor leading to the rooms is via a hidden slide wall next to the reception. The entrance area of the room itself including the door has a beautiful wood finish. The wall is decorated with clay like decoration, not wallpaper. The generous layed out rooms have lots of functionality. Wifi is the fastest I have experienced while in Japan (400mbps). Also the bath rope and towel quality is amazing !!! You have a private elevator and direct access to the shopping malls in the Mitsukoshi department store (2-6F), the Bochan food court (1F) and the fresh marcet (B1) via the elevator. It's like a vip service, basically saves you lots of time. The bus stop for the airport bus is directly in front of the private elevator. The stop for the tram is only few meters away. The Mitsukoshi building is directly connected to the major shopping arcade and via it to others. You can walk from near Matsuyama station under the roof of the shopping arcades without need for an umbrella.
