While staying at the attached hotel, I requested ahead about the gyms rules on what is and isn't acceptable. The hotel front desk called the gym, and confirmed with the gym staff that as long as I covered up any visible tattoos, I would be okay. Much to my dismay, when my wife and I arrived the next day we were told, with a smile, that I would not be allowed in. When I explained that I had asked in advance and their own staff had said it was okay, they just smiled again and shook their head.

立地だけは最高ですが、利用者の民度が低いです。平日会員として利用してますが、高齢の利用者が多いからか、サウナシャワー室では毎回誰かしらが痰を切るデカい声が数分おきに響き渡っていて、気分が良くないです。

My fiance and I were turned away from using the swimming pool at this facility because of a small tattoo on my fiance's inner arm. We offered to cover the tattoo however, we were told this would not be sufficient to enter the pool. Given that we offered to cover the tattoo, it appears that there was an ulterior motive preventing us from entering the pool. It is unfortunate to experience blatant discrimination like this based on our physical attributes.

여행중 운동으로 수영을 하고 싶었습니다. 1일 자유수영이 가능한지 물었더니 1일 체험으로 가능하다고 했습니다. 얼마나 기쁘던지. 1인 500엔. 수영복 수모 수경 수건 샤워타월 기본 세면도구 준비해갔습니다. 샤워실내에 바디샤워, 린스가 포함된 샴푸가 구비되어 있었습니다. 프론트 직원, 체험 접수하는 직원, 탈의실 안내직원, 안전요원 모두 친절하고 자세히 설명해주었습니다. 영어와 번역기 도움으로 의사소통했습니다. 한쪽에 걷기 2레인, 메인풀은 5개 레인 정도 되었는데 수영강좌가 있어 그 옆에 자유수영 2~3개 레인이 가능했습니다. 시설은 오래된듯 했지만 관리가 잘되어있고 수질도 깨끗했습니다. 자유수영 중 한국말을 하시는 일본 여성분을 만나 즐거웠습니다. 모두 모두 후쿠오카에서 좋은추억 남겨주셔서 감사해요 ~~~~♡♡♡♡
