Cozy place,clean, restaurant has plenty of cuisine,me and my wife settled on karage and a mug of beer each,staff are nice and attentive, pools are nice and properly heated and most of all the price are all reasonable. We'll be back!

Visited the place several times already, as a foreigner, I didn't feel any difficulty whatsoever. Polite and welcoming service from the staff. You can use a wide range of relaxing amenities: natural onsen, sauna, outdoor/open-air bath, even a shallow pool with hot water where you can lie down, and more. Very accessible, just around 15 mins bus ride from Hanno station.

If you would like to have the whole Japanese bath experience at a very reasonable price I would recommend this place. The location is great, the food is tasty and with a good number of outdoor and inside bath options including great the thermal-stone bathing options, all for a very, very reasonable price. I spent 3 hours there and left fully relaxed! Well recommended.

This is a wonderful Onsen with indoor/outdoor baths and a great view, the hot stone area is one big room and pretty much feels the same temperature but different stones and sections to lay down on. There is also an ice room right outside the hot stone room. Exterior hammocks are nice to lay outside and enjoy the fresh air and get some sun shine too. Close by park and trails to walk to before and/or after. The restaurant and shop provide exceptional food at a very reasonable price. There is a bus that takes you from Hanno Station up the Hill to the Onsen and back down to the Station. You can get the schedule from the friendly and kind staff, inside.

One of the best onsens I have been to in Japan! I especially love their hot stone beds, the facilities are very clean with lots of resting area Keep in mind that they do not allow children to go into the onsen The food was fresh and very affordable. Most of the staff can't speak English so be prepared to use gestures.
