It is our first time to stay in Sorano Hotel & Resort near the Tachikawa-kita station. the hotel is wonderful with a roof top heated pool. the room is beautiful with unblocked view of the showa kinen park. really like and enjoyed our 3D2N stay here. many thanks to miss Momoka Soga at the front desk reception being most helpful and very pleasent and patient to guide us for membership registration and complimentary access for spa facilities and the heated roof infinity pool. must shout out for Mr. Miyai Toshiaki serving us at the Sorano Spa, Miyai-san is very friendly and helpful, bringing us through the spa services and explaining the surrounding hotel scenery areas from the roof top pool. Mr. Miyai is so ever ready to serve us both at the pool and at the reception for our needs, really amazing service. we will definitely recommend to our friends to visit and experience the lovely hotel and service.

Just came to this Hotel to see the great view w infinity pool that I've seen sns. Free change just to see the great view after asked the entrance.Wanna stay the Hotel as the guest shortly n hopely.

A highly underrated location. While it isn't RIGHT next to any attractions, it's very close to the station so it's very convenient. Plus, it has an excellent view of Mount Fuji

Stayed at 5 prefectures, this hotel was the best one. I was treated like a KING here. An absolute hidden gem in Tokyo. This hotel also looks out to Mt.fuji (which you can see from the infinity pool) as well as the park. BEAUTIFUL during fall season. The rooms have this modern, futuristic design. Even outside the hotel, there is this nice cyberpunk look at night.

It is very difficult not to highly rate this property. It is modern and new, spacious, excellent location that's walking distance from Tachikawa station, you can view Showa Kinen Koen from some rooms, the rooftop pool is nice, restaurants are alright, and the people from the offices are all great, hospitable helpful and welcoming. This is the best hotel there is in Tachikawa!
