オークラ フィットネス&スパ

宿泊時にフィットネスを利用しました。 平日朝でしたが利用客は多くほとんどは海外の方でした。 ホテルフィットネスを利用することが多いのですが、 受付からフィットネス内のスタッフまで総じて接客態度が酷く驚きました。 まず、受付は挨拶なし。 長身の女性に靴のレンタルを依頼。 こちらに目もくれず靴をバンっと置く。怖い怖い。 そして違うところを見ながらこちらに手を出される。 えっ？なになに？とフリーズしていると ルームキー。と一言。 あ、すみません。とこちらが謝る。 施設は素晴らしく、景観もいいのでトレーニング自体は問題なくできました。 フィットネス内で、たまに聞こえる笛の「ピー！」。 これびっくりしました。 他の方の口コミを拝見して理解しましたが、何か不適切だと思われたら笛吹かれるシステムなんですね。。 愛想よくとまで期待しませんが、不快な思いにならないような態度で普通に対応していただきたいです。 フィットネス以外の接客が素晴らしいせいかギャップが大きいのでしょうか。残念です。 次回からは他のホテルにしようと決めました。

The Okuraのスパフィットネス会員入会金は740万 年会費66万円。25メートル5レーンのプールは広々 すでに会員は満杯で数十人の退会待ちにより2年近く入会に待つみたいですが、入れないと言われるとより入りたくなるものですね 会員には芸能人や政治家の方がいるらしく俳優のＩさんに会った

Okura day spa is pure luxury. The spa provides a refined experience from start to finish all designed to help you relax and rejuvenate. Well worth a visit and would highly recommend if you are looking to treat yourself or a loved one. I had the moku facial and massage package. I would visit Tokyo again just to stay at the hotel and go to this spa.

Amazing massage!

The day after arriving in Tokyo for business, I visited The Okura Spa, and it was pure heaven. The facilities from the dressing rooms, through the vanity room, relaxation room, showers, and bath was impeccably calm and relaxing. All senses were pleased through the various cleansers, lotions and care products and the robes were billowy soft and comforting. Taking the waters was perfect, with two separate temperature baths. So delightful!! The absolute most divine part was the Tsuchi recharge massage with Imada. I have visited many spas across the world, and believe me when I say: This is the best massage I have ever received! Imada is an expert masseur and her knowledge and experience are amplified by the way she makes the tension melt away from each muscle, sending you into total relaxation. She is consistent in pressure across the body and truly has a healing touch. My favorite part was the pressure point head massage. Wow! No more headache, no more stress in my eyes, and no more jet lag for me! I will sleep like a queen tonight. Thank you The Okura Spa, and thank you Imada!
