My experience at Spa Adam & Eve Tokyo was extremely disappointing. There is honestly nothing particularly good to mention. The atmosphere was unpleasant: people with tattoos everywhere, talking very loudly in both the saunas and the hot baths, which completely ruined any sense of relaxation. There was no respect for silence, which is essential in this kind of place. The relaxation area smelled strongly of curry, making it uncomfortable to stay there for any length of time. Overall, the spa is expensive and highly overrated, especially given the poor atmosphere and lack of basic spa etiquette. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for calm, cleanliness, and a true wellness experience.

The place is okay. I think is expensive for what it is. It’s really old and looks dirty. Although I don’t think it dirty just looks dirty. The smell of bleach is really strong. Which it’s not that pleasant. I

The massage therapist was excellent. Good work ethic and very good strong hands for a nice oil massage. But the rest staff are rude,, from checking in, then the lady at the resting area, Most of them are Korean ladies. They were not helpful. Language can be a barrier I understand but none like that in the rest of Tokyo. It was my first time and the lady at the resting area has no Intention to help. If anyone wants a nice experience in Japan I would not advise to go there. The 2 stars all goes to the massage lady.

Brilliant wee place. Allows tattoos. About 4K yen for a visit though. But the sauna and steam are very hot. Very hot. Excellent.

A kind of legendary sauna in Tokyo since Oropo drink was born here. The building looks different, you will get some weird impression. The sauna is good, Korean style Yomogi steaming available. True Korean food is waiting for you at the sofa area. Tea is also Korean taste. Woman and man are completly separated, and you can't meet at the sofa. Price is, let's say, expensive if I consider the average of sauna in Tokyo. The reason is.. you will see in some way.
