ホテル＆カプセル ザ・イン

This place is not good at showing what they allow and don’t allow on their website, we went to go check in and they changed on their word multiple times changing the rules so we ultimately didn’t even check in and booked a hotel for the night.

A plain but perfectly located hotel, exactly what someone on business needs. The service was above reproach, the staff were excellent.

I feel the hotel push me what the hotel service is… Cuz the hotel is little bit wired about interior, poster, and service. Of course, this is just my opinion, but I never stay again here. It is quite uncontrollable for me. All the good point is the price.

Super traditional/legacy capsule inn with high price tag.. It smells in the capsule floor, the equipment is old, parts of my cabin is even broken (not affecting usage but just feels bad) No luggage space in the capsule floor, you have to put your large baggage in your cabin so it won't block the way, or the staff will force you to do so. For the same price, I would rather to stay at 快活CLUB千葉中央 instead of this inn. Do not recommend.

Above average. Was useful for one stay but the facility was old and not very eye-pleasing. Clean toilets and bath room.
