★★★★★ 梅田MENTは、正直レベルが違いました。 サウナ室は温度・湿度・空気の回り方まで計算されていて、息苦しさが一切なく、短時間でも芯からしっかり温まります。「今日は当たりだな」と入った瞬間に分かるセッティングです。 水風呂は冷たいだけではなく、肌当たりが非常に柔らかい。サウナとの相性が抜群で、身体の余計な力がスッと抜けていく感覚がありました。 ととのいスペースも動線が完璧で、座った瞬間に自然と“来る”。梅田にいることを忘れるほど静かで、余白のある空間づくりが本当に上手だと思います。 清潔感、客層、スタッフの対応も含めて総合点が非常に高く、「本気でととのいたい人」には間違いなくおすすめのサウナです。また必ず行きます。

Towa took great care of me. Even though I am a visitor from US who barely speaks Japanese, he was patient and answered my questions with enthusiasm and meticulousness. I chose the facial treatment and hair removal procedures from the menu; he did a superb job with both. I also enjoyed our conversations along the way. Overall, I am extremely thankful and satisfied with Towa's service!!

I had a personal sauna and facial treatment on Wednesday the 25th, and I was satisfied with everything. The cold shower was especially refreshing—the staff told me the water temperature was 9℃! There’s no bathtub, but it’s a very comfortable place for people who enjoy saunas. After the sauna, I felt really relaxed. The staff member in charge of me was very kind, gave me a detailed explanation of how to use the equipment, and we had a really fun conversation as well. I was truly surprised after the facial—my face looked brighter and felt smoother. If you’re looking for a place to relax, not just with saunas but also with other treatments, I highly recommend this spot.

Amazing service! I got the head massage and I think I went to Heaven for a bit. My partner did the sauna and he really enjoyed it. The head massage was done very professionally skillfully end to end. My masseur (his name is Tsurugi) speaks English really well as he used to be an airline cabin crew so that made communication really easy for us. Highly recommend if you didn’t get a good sleep the night before or in need of de-stress. Arguably better than a full body massage you can get at most places. Going to try the head and feet combo next time I’m in town!
