Great location but POOR HYGIENE. Room was sooooo small. (Basically you can't open your luggage if you want to go to the toilet/ if you want to go out, you have to close your luggage...) We found someone's toothpick on the floor, people's hair on toilet's wall. The toilet was smelly as well...

Great hotel! We chose this hotel because of the onsen, and it exceeded our expectations. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The amenities are excellent, and the restaurants serve delicious food. The room was comfortable, and the cherry on top was the amazing onsen. Such a beautiful place!

Rooms are tiny but cant beat the location (5 mins walk from station) and price. There is a public sauna available. Lawson is right beneath the hotel. Staff speaks English and are very helpful.

Great location. Conveniently located in the vicinity of Hakata Bus, Train, and Subway station, and it's on the quiter side. The room is relatively bigger than usual room size in Japan (e.g. compared to those in Tokyo, Osaka). There is a massage pillow in the room! Perfect for relaxing after long walks. Alternatively, you can use the coin-operated massage chair at the onsen area located at the first floor. The breakfast has good variety and quality in general, even if it's the same set of dishes available in the buffet every day (at least during our 4nights stay). You can just vary your selection every now and then. There's also a Lawson which can be accessed directly in the elevator area of the hotel. Overall great value for money.

tasty breakfast buffet. The hotel itself is very nice and the Lawson downstairs is quite convenient. It was quite easy to do luggage forwarding thanks to the kind receptionists. The rooms we got was small as expected, wished that the interior could be slightly bigger to allow for opening of our luggage’s. Very close to Hakata station, which is a big plus
