初めて酵素風呂を体験しました。 身体がポカポカになりとても気持ちよかったです。 対応してくれたお姉さんも説明が丁寧でとても優しかったです。 また行きたいです。

酵素風呂はめっちゃ身体熱くなるし代謝が上がって良いのですが、休憩室もサウナ状態で息苦しくリラックスできる空間が無いです。休憩室はもう少し温度下げてほしいかも。

I tried a fermentation bath for the first time, something I had never even heard of before. I came across it by chance on Google Maps while looking for a spa and decided to give it a try. The history of this practice goes back to Japan in the early 20th century. The first fermentation baths appeared around the 1940s, when people noticed that the natural fermentation of wood shavings, rice bran, and herbs produced gentle heat and beneficial microorganisms. Over time, it developed into a wellness treatment. It’s believed that this «living sauna» helps with relaxation, improves circulation, and aids in detoxification. At first, the feeling of being buried up to my neck in warm bran was a little strange. But as I settled in, I started to relax, and my whole body was filled with a gentle warmth, very similar to being in a sauna. After the bath, I spent some time in the relaxation room and almost fell asleep — that’s how comfortable it felt. I also appreciated that the center provided all the little essentials: shower caps, hair ties, and cosmetic items — everything you might need to feel at ease. It was such an unusual and pleasant experience, and I will definitely be coming back.

I usually go to 酵素風呂おへそ in Yokosuka, but since they were closed on Friday, I visited 横浜酵素風呂natural for the first time. My girlfriend reminded me that I needed an enzyme bath to reset and help with my allergies, especially with this recent weird weather shift. The staff member I met was kind, but spoke only Japanese. While I understand a little, it was a bit uncomfortable that she didn’t try to accommodate or slow down despite my limited fluency. Thankfully, I’ve done 酵素風呂 before, so I could follow the routine somewhat. The enzyme bath itself was private, which was great. I was buried in the mixture for 12 minutes, then sat on top for another 2 minutes before being encouraged to shower. Afterward, I relaxed in the tatami room for about 15 minutes before leaving overall about 40 minutes total. The experience was fine, just not as relaxing as I had hoped, probably because it was my first time at this location. Language support could help more foreigners enjoy this unique treatment. I won’t give a low rating for that reason alone, but I’ll stick to my usual spot in Yokosuka moving forward even if it means paying an extra ¥5000 this weekend to go back there! 3.5/5 if I could rounding up for the quality of the bath itself. 私は普段、横須賀の酵素風呂おへそに行きますが、金曜日は休業だったので、初めて横浜酵素風呂naturalに行きました。彼女がアレルギーを和らげるために酵素風呂が必要だと教えてくれました。最近の変な天候の影響もあって。 出会ったスタッフは親切でしたが、日本語しか話せませんでした。少し理解できるものの、私の限られた流暢さに合わせてくれなかったので、少し不安でした。幸い、酵素風呂は以前に経験があったので、なんとかルーチンについていけました。 酵素風呂自体はプライベートで、良かったです。12分間混合物に埋もれ、その後2分間上に座ってからシャワーを勧められました。その後、約15分間畳の部屋でリラックスしてから出ました—合計で約40分でした。 体験自体は悪くなかったですが、初めての場所だったので、思ったほどリラックスできませんでした。言語サポートがあれば、もっと多くの外国人がこのユニークな治療を楽しめると思います。その理由だけで低評価はつけませんが、今後は横須賀のいつもの場所に戻るつもりです—たとえ今週末に戻るために5000円余分に払うことになっても！ もし可能なら3.5/5をつけたいです—お風呂の質のために切り上げます。

お店に入った瞬間、独特な匂いがしますが、これが米ぬかなのか〜って感じでした。 お店の方も親切で更衣室も綺麗でした。 手ぶらで行っても大丈夫です。 メイク落とし、ヘアゴム、ドライヤー、シャワーキャップありました。シャンプー、リンスもあり。 酵素風呂、初体験でしたが 体の芯から温まり、浴後の休憩タイムに 汗を沢山かきました。 めちゃくちゃ肌がツルツルになりました。 おすすめです。
