5件Disrespectful employee named Oda keeps bothering us. We didn't make a single sound the whole time. This used to be my favorite place, I will never come here again and one day I will address this disrespectful attitude.
I stayed twice. Both times the capsule rooms were quiet and I didn't even need earplugs. There is a full range of amenities and two lifts, so even when it's busy, you can use it smoothly. Best of all, the prices are cheap. If you can stay in a clean capsule room with a sauna, you have nothing to complain about! The sauna is also worth a visit as it has a unique Karumaru-like cleanliness! Personally, I like the balanced humidity and temperature in the main sauna. After the sauna, I recommend single -> lukewarm water -> vibratory insensitive water.

Too many people, always crowded. So, fee is relatively high and unreasonable. Be careful when you use within 60 min. If you use an auto casher, you need to pay for 120min. and they never return the charge. Dishonest corporate attitude.
best sauna in Tokyo . never experienced other than KARUMAU, such wonderful paradise
