Room was cozy, much bigger than we expected for 3 people. The late night complimentary ramen, post onsen ice cream and post onsen morning yakult was such a NICE treat! A highlight for sure. Good location, walking distance to some great izakayas and shops.

Great value for money. The location is convenient, the breakfast is good, and they even offer free late-night ramen, a public hot spring, and free laundry facilities. The only downside is the cleanliness — there was quite a bit of dust on the room door and curtains, which was a bit uncomfortable. Overall, it’s still a nice stay.

The room was cozy, and the onsen was a definite highlight—clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day out. I also really enjoyed the complimentary late-night ramen, complimentary ice cream, and yogurt drinks, which added a warm and thoughtful touch to the experience. The staff were courteous, helpful, and professional, contributing to a smooth and pleasant stay from check-in to check-out.

You can’t beat Dormy Inn when it comes to location - next to the bus terminus and Sakura Machi mall. Rooms are Japan sized but clean and fresh. Buffet breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. The female onsen has shower stalls and 2 indoor pools (1 hot and 1 cold) plus one outdoor. I tried the massage offered on 13F and it’s a bit expensive but VERY VERY GOOD. The young lady instinctively knew that my back muscles was tight and she used the pressure points to relieve the pain. Highly recommended if you’ve been travelling or sitting in a vehicle for a long period.

Excellent breakfast well worth the extra fee. Rooms were typical Japanese size, ie, small but clean and well-serviced. The spa was nice with a small oudoor soaking pool that made a good effort to convince guests they were in a large outdoor onsen. My only complaint is the same one I have with all other business hotels I've stayed at in Japan - a lack of adequate pillows. Only 10 minute walk to the castle, 5 minures from a tram stop and very close to a lot if restaurants. I'd stay there again.
