ニューニシノサウナ & 天然温泉 (NEW NISHINO ONSEN SAUNA SPA)

Business and Hot Springs Balancing work and hot springs might be something unique to Japan (though some might call it being a workaholic). You can focus deeply on your work, and when you hit a wall, refresh yourself in the hot spring — often finding new ideas while soaking in the bath. There are only a few places in Japan where this kind of lifestyle is possible, and this facility is one of them. However, the working space is quite small. On the other hand, the natural hot spring is excellent — and above all, the mist sauna is fantastic. There’s even a löyly (steam sauna ritual), and the cold bath is also very refreshing. That said, the guest rooms leave something to be desired. More importantly, the facility should be more accessible to women. If that were the case, the sauna, relaxation space, and working area would all likely be improved.

I visited the Onsen only The staff was very friendly and kind (especially the owner), the sauna quality was really good (including the aroma oil), and the onsen itself was very refreshing. There was even a hot tub Onsen! If you go in the morning you can enter for ¥1200 yen which is fantastic value for money! Thank you 😊 (For anyone reading, yes it's only for men except "ladies day" a few times a month. I have no idea whether or not tattoos are allowed)

Men's only. Apparently women can only take a bath twice per month and the dates are not clear on their Website. For a hotel this is little bit disapointing. They could switch hours twice à day for men and women instead.

Not tattoo friendly. Was asked to leave while I was showering.
