The best gym I have ever been ♥️

札幌市の中心部、JR札幌駅近くにありますよ。徒歩５分かな？ 一条通りに面したタイムス立体駐車場の最上階に二階分のフロアー 駐車場は二時間無料ですが私三時間は利用するので超過金の800円がかなり 痛い。 別交通手段なら文句なし 受付あるフロアーはマシン、エアロビクスフロアー、ランニングコースがあります。 常時混んでますが、利用者は富裕層のためみな喧嘩せず(笑) マシン、筋トレ、エアロビクスと器具や施設内は問題ありません。 下が更衣室とエアロビクスフロアーと エステティックサロンがあります。 このエアロビクスフロアーはサイクリングを使用した流行のやつ🧐名前知らないをしてます❗エステティックサロンは使いません。 更衣室、かなり広いです休憩室もあり 大浴場完備、暇な金持ちじいさんらが 良く利用してます(笑) プールは更衣室から階段上がって ２５メートルプールレーンは８かな？ 綺麗だし、ジャグジーあるし、暖熱室もあり、申し分なし 利用料金はレギュラーで一万二千円位

If you are looking for a decent gym in the down town in Sapporo, this is the place. The price is higher than any other gym but consider of facility and accessibility, it's reasonable. Reception is on the 7th floor of the big parking building "Times parking" ( with black logo in yellow ) and when you use the facility, you get first 2 hours for free for the parking (*After that, every 30 min / 200yen ). Approximately 10 min walking distance from Sapporo station ( It's not connected from the station. The closed exit is from " Asty 45 " building ). Facility includes running/walking track, two studios, one swimming pool, and big bath room with individual shower stalls, hot & ice bath, sauna ,and outdoor bath ( Japanese onsen style ). They have multiple classes that you can attend everyday morning to the night. You can always find stuff who's able to attend for your necessity. Facility is always clean. The only reason I'm giving -⭐ is that free weight area is too small and machines are not for advanced users. Otherwise, it's really a great gym!

The gym that inspires! Diverse training machines, immaculate clean environment, spacious, lovely showers area with sauna and rotemburo (outer hot water pool for relaxing), two studios for group classes (including Les Mills classes). The best asset of Konami Sapporoekimae is its talented and inspiring group classes instructors!
